A morning dedicated to movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection, all in support of NI Children's Hospice.

Begin your day with a gentle Pilates session, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath. Enjoy nourishing smoothies, delicious refreshments and a curated selection of wellness gifts from some of our favourite brands, while connecting with the UN/ALTERED community.

NI Children's Hospice is a charity close to our hearts, and we are honoured to bring our community together in support of the incredible care and comfort they provide to local families.
