Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of being placed. Please ensure all of your information is correct prior to checking out. Once an item is shipped we cannot make any amendments to the order or the delivery address
You will receive a text and/or an email from Royal Mail with your detailed tracking.
E.U Orders* - There WILL NOT be additional customs charges upon arrival of your parcel to your home country
R.O.W - There WILL be additional customs charges upon arrival of your parcel to your home country (The amount payable will differ depending on the country the parcel is entering - Please do your own research on the rate your country charges before placing an order)
E.U Countries* - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Returns
We hope you never have to return your items but we like to put procedures in place incase these issues do arise. If you need to return leggings, a hoodie or any other item please fill in the form in the 'Customer Care' section of the site and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please note - You are responsible for the postal fee of sending item(s) back to us for a return. You can send your parcel back via 1st or 2nd class with Royal Mail ONLY.
Your return must also be in the original plastic packaging to keep the leggings clean.
We do not offer exchanges.
Clearance Section - All items purchased from the clearance section are non-returnable

* All ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 15TH NOV 2025 & 24TH DEC 2025 WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN UP UNTIL 5TH JANUARY 2026 TO ALLOW FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS *
You have 20 days to return your items from the date the order was placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. If they have the following - signs of wear, stains, damage or if they have been washed we can not accept them.
Once our team have inspected the returned product, we will contact you and process the refund via the method you used to pay.
Please allow up to 5 days for refunds to be processed.
